By clicking the Confirm Order button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our Conditions Of Sale.

All prices are shown excluding VAT and delivery, and can be displayed in Great British Pounds, EURO, American Dollars, Canadian Dollars, or Australian Dollars, depending on your preference (which can be changed at the top of the site). Once you have signed up to & logged into the site, added items to your cart, and confirmed your order, you are then presented with 2 shipping options (for UK customers): Royal Mail First Class post or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Once a shipping option is selected, the total price for your order will then be displayed, including VAT for UK Customers. Royal Mail will request a signature for proof of delivery if using their Recorded Delivery service; therefore please specify a delivery address, which is the most convenient for you. All deliveries to non-UK addresses will be sent using the Royal Mail Airmail service. Quosh Records reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

We try to ensure that all product descriptions, pictorial representations, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.

We accept on-line payments by PayPal & WorldPay, who process all the major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, and JCB. They also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos.

To order goods you must be least 18 years of age.

Images may not show the actual size of items. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

Quosh Records does not accept any responsibility for any website not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.

If we suspect a fraudulent transaction we cannot be held responsible for late/non delivery of your goods. Quosh Records reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at it's discretion. Due to the increasing number of fraudulent credit card transactions Quosh Records reserves the right to refuse to supply goods, or ask for further proof of identity.

If any provision of these Conditions Of Sale shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Conditions Of Sale.

Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England under English Law.
