A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 7 days of your purchase but a small charge will be incurred due to transaction fees.

Under our 14 day money back guarantee, if your goods arrive faulty, damaged or specified incorrectly, we will exchange the item(s) and reinburse you for returned postage costs or give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, within 14 days of having received them. Willful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange polices.

If you wish to exchange an item (for instance, if you have ordered an item incorrectly), the returned item(s) must be as new. Please note we are not responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. You must return any goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
