Delivery Information

Physical Goods:

Delivery is via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within Mainland UK. Royal Mail will request a signature for proof of delivery if using Recorded Delivery; therefore please specify a delivery address, which is the most convenient for you. All deliveries to non-UK addresses will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Airmail service.

We ship all orders (UK & non-UK) for physical goods the day after receiving the order, for delivery the day after that (though this is subject to the efficiency of Royal Mail), unless the order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. In these instances, orders will be dispatched on the following Monday. All orders are subject to payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. We cannot be held liable if The Royal Mail fail to deliver your item(s) on time or not at all. Proof of posting can be produced upon request only if using the Royal Mail Recorded service, and items are insured for loss (up to a value of £36) using this service, so replacements will be sent once it has been confirmed that the package has been lost in the post.

Downloads:

If customers cannot download MP3 files due to technical problems, we will do our utmost to ensure the digital files are made available from another location. If you are experiencing problems downloading MP3 files, please contact us (using the contact us link on the left) quoting your order number. If we cannot provide the digital files you have paid for, for any reason, we will offer a full refund.

MP3 download instructions

After your payment has been processed successfully you will be sent an email which contains the link for your download(s). You will have 24 hours to download your file(s). How you then download the file(s) will depend on your email system and browser configuration.

Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, GMAIL & other web-based email users:

If using Internet Explorer, please RIGHT CLICK THE DOWNLOAD LINK, select "SAVE TARGET AS", and save the file to the desired location on your PC.

If using Firefox, LEFT CLICK THE DOWNLOAD LINK and select "save file" to save the file to the desired location on your PC/MAC.

Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird users:

If Internet Explorer is your default web browser, simply click on the link in the email, select "save" when the file pops up, then select where you want to download the file to.

If Firefox is your default browser, click on the link in the email, Firefox will open, then select "save file" and save the file to the desired location on your PC/MAC.

These are clear and simple instructions, which we have tested numerous times on all our files. If you do not follow these basic fundamental methods of downloading files, we will not be held responsible for you not receiving them, we will not issue refunds & you will have to re-order. Our system informs us on delivery of an email and how many times a download link has been clicked, so we know if email delivery of download link(s) has been successful.

PLEASE NOTE OUR SYSTEM USES IP ADDRESS RECOGNITION FOR ALL ORDERS. FILES THAT ARE DOWNLOADED FROM AN IP ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE PURCHASER’S WILL BE BLOCKED AND IMMEDIATELY FLAGGED FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION AND WILL LEAD TO PROSECUTION.
